Add-Ons
REFRESHMENT PACKAGES – $25 – $50
- Includes the use of our coffee pots, tea pots, water pitchers and drinkware, microwave and refrigeration access during your event.
FULL KITCHEN USE – $75 PER HOUR
- Enjoy full access to our commercial kitchen to prepare food, cook, and gather! 2 hour minimum required. $75 cleaning fee will be added for standalone use.
GAS FIRE PIT – $20 PER HOUR
- Gather around the fire and enjoy connection and warmth with your guests.
TABLECLOTHS – $30 EACH
- Rent our white tablecloths to fit 6′ and 8′ rectangular tables with a mid-length drop and 7′ round tables with a floor length drop.
Refundable Security Deposits
FULL FACILITY RENTAL – $400
PARTIAL FACILITY RENTAL – $250
ALL OTHER EVENTS – $100
We will add a refundable security deposit each booking to cover damage to the facility, damaged or missing equipment, additional cleaning services, or time over your rental. Your security deposit will be credited back to the payment method on file within 7 days after your event if none of the above issues occur.
